Admission Policy
- Students for preschool must meet the age requirements set by the Department of Education.
- Slots are limited and on a first come first serve basis.
- Hope Horizon School for Giftedness reserves the right to place the enrolled students in any section based on our assessments and strategies.
- HHSG reserves the right to select students and families based on on academic performance and character background.
- Admissions is not guaranteed to any applicant, and all applicants must complete the same admissions process.
- Students and parents must be in good standing with their current & previous school.
- Students and parents must not have exhibited behavior that is disruptive to the school or community.
- Must not be school hopping due to financial liabilities from other schools.
- Must be free from all financial obligations from current or previous school.
- Special Education learners must have been given first a recommendation to be placed in a group or class setting by their Developmental Pedia and therapists. They must have undergone the recommended therapies in a dyad or group therapy. To ensure the effectiveness of our educational programs and the efficient use of our resources and manpower, our admissions policy stipulates that we only accept learners with special needs who are classified as mild cases and who can benefit from our programs.
- Parents of special learners must agree should their child be required to have a shadow teacher as needed.

- Form 137 & Form 138 (for transferees of all Grade Level)
- Filled up online form in HHSG Portal

Financial Policy
- Books, uniforms and school supplies are NOT yet included in the enrollment fee.
- You must have paid 100% of the Enrollment Fee and Other Fees, and a minimum of 2 months of the total Annual Tuition Fee to be considered enrolled.
- Students who have siblings enrolled in HHSG are entitled to a 10% discount for the second child.
- Hope Horizon School for Giftedness will not be held liable and responsible for any problems or complications regarding any kind of payment given to or handled by any alleged guardian, agent, interpreter, adviser, or third party.
- Settlement of all unpaid school fees will be the sole responsibility of the guardian. Guardians are solely responsible and will be held liable for all unpaid school fees and other accountabilities.
- Every late payment is charged with 5% of the Tuition Fee as a late payment penalty.
- No credentials and official documents will be released to the parents of the students who have tuition fee accountabilities and pending clearance items.
- No refund of enrollment & other fees shall the parents/guardian pull out their kid.
- Miscellaneous fees are not included in the enrollment and tuition fees and must be paid separately.
- Deadlines for payments of tuition fees should be observed and followed strictly. Our Admin will keep you updated on your balances.
- Must be free from all financial obligations from current or previous school.

Privacy Policy
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of how Hope Horizon School for Giftedness manages personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines. Your data will be kept private by the Hope Horizon Digital Team. Hope Horizon will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly consented. All information will be used within the school systems of Hope Horizon only.

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us e-mail, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
Consent
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek the consent from the parent depending on the circumstances and the student’s mental ability and maturity to understand the consequences of the proposed use and disclosure.
We take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized disclosure, and we do not sell, trade or rent your Personal Data to others. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, the Personal Data collected from you may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following parties, whether they are located in Philippines or in an overseas location.

Parking Policy
At Hope Horizon, we strive to create a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable either accompanying their children onto campus or opting for a quick drop-off at the school's entrance.
We are committed to being good neighbors by maintaining safe traffic conditions on our streets for everyone’s safety and convenience.
- Please do not arrive any earlier than the pick-up time. If you do arrive earlier, you will be asked to leave the pick-up line to make room for cars that are picking up at the correct time. Please be sure that other adults designated to pick up your students know this expectation as well.
- Parking inside the school is reserved for PWDs on a first-come-first-served basis.
- There are off-campus pay parking spaces along Saluysoy, Meycauayan: Caluag Parking Space, Thirdy Parking Space near Alfamart.
- The school is not liable for any damage or loss of the vehicle or its contents, including but not limited to; force majeure, vehicular accident/collision, deliberately caused damage done by another person.
- Road signs should be strictly followed. No blowing of horns and no obstruction while inside the campus.
- Sanction for any infraction regarding traffic violation on any policies will be under the decision of LGU of Meycauayan City.
- Please do not make U-Turns in the middle of Saluysoy Road during pick-up time to alleviate the traffic congestion in the area.
- Parking on the HHSG campus is considered a privilege, not a right. We ask that all drivers adhere strictly to our traffic guidelines and ensure that pathways remain unobstructed for everyone's safety and convenience.
- All students must enter their vehicles on the passenger side for their own safety.
- Please consider carpooling whenever possible to help alleviate traffic.
- Don’t leave your car unattended at the front of our neighbor’s driveway. We remain dedicated to managing traffic, parking, and other disruptions in ways that honor our shared spaces.
- Guidelines on traffic rules and regulations should be strictly followed.
